HealthQuest has been and remains a great community initiative. Faribault Parks &
Recreation will host the annual HealthQuest SlimDown Contest for 2008 co-sponsored by the Faribault Daily News. The Faribault Daily News will publish the contest results
and offer a grand prize of $400 to the winning SlimDown team!

New for this year's kickoff event is a Health Fair which will run in conjunction with the Official SlimDown Weigh-In on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2008.

The vendors included in the Health Fair will all be fitness and health-related. We are hoping it will be a nice fit with the Weigh-In. In lieu of payment for booth space at this event, we are asking each Health Fair booth holder to all donate door prizes, minimum value $25. David Pribbenow of our Parks & Recreation Department will direct this aspect of
the event. If you are interested in being a vendor for the Health Fair,
