“Customer Service Eagles”
The Chamber has booked well-known trainer Joe Constance for two half-day seminars on Tuesday, October 19th.
Joe will present his highly regarded program “Customer Service Eagles” from 8 am to 11:30 a.m. and a second program from 1 pm to 4:30 p.m., both of the seminars will be held at the Chamber Conference Room. When Joe was last working with Faribault Chamber members 2 years ago he spoke to capacity crowds and received rave reviews. The price is $49 for members and $69 for non-members. After October 1st the price goes up to $59 for members.
Joe Constance is a former area manager and instructor for the Dale Carnegie Corporation. He has owned nine different businesses and managed up to 200 employees. Joe has overseen more than 2 million customer service transactions and has experienced both successes and failures in business. He facilitates workshops in a fun, relaxed, and interactive manner.
