Applications
The Faribault’s Future program is a leadership development program that was designed to build leadership, team-building skills, and explore a Blandin-based community health assessment.
Applications are now open for the 2008 class which begins in September 2007. This Program is comprised of three areas: Leadership, Team Building and Community Health. The purpose of this Leadership Development Program is to identify, develop, motivate, and inspire leaders in our community. The class meets once a month from September thru June. It is perfect for the business owner, executive management, or key employee.
The Faribault’s Future class of 2007 had their overnight retreat in January. During the retreat the class learned about local economic development efforts and explored ways to mobilize change in the community.
Jim Zitek a futurist and economist gave a future shock presentation to the class on Friday evening.
