This free training, designed specifically to help you be a fantastic representative of Faribault, will give you the tools to further assist your clients and customers! The training will be offered two times, but registration is requested to secure an accurate count for food. You’ll learn all about Faribault and it’s many offerings, plus receive a Faribault toolbox to help you in the future. You’ll walk away feeling more knowledgeable on area history, attractions, dining, trails and recreation, lodging and retail offerings.
Additionally, University of Minnesota Customer Service Training will be implemented to help you when working with customers! Program participants explore how culture affects perception and behavior, gain skills to identify customer needs and expectations and consistently deliver great service. This curriculum is good for both new staff and and as a refresher for experienced staff.
