Awarded to a business or individual who exemplifies visionary values, investments, activities or inspirations in the Faribault Area Business Community.

Increase in customer base (sales, customers served, etc.) Growth in the business (jobs, strategic investments, etc.) Increase in local business investments (use of local vendors, contractors, suppliers, etc.) Increase in community investment (employee volunteer hours, local donations involvement of business staff in civic organizations)


Excellence in Education

Awarded to an individual, program or organization that partners with the Faribault business community to promote Pathways to Success for all Faribault students


Customer Service Award

Awarded to individuals or companies that provide exemplary customer service.

 NEW! 2020 COVID Response and Community Resilience Award

The Award for this category is dedicated to a single business or collaborative strategic initiative (multiple partners) focused on community resilience and the COVID-19 pandemic response. Eligibility includes exemplary effort by the nominee(s) which benefitted vulnerable populations or the community at-large.  Examples include (but are not limited to): individual and community preparedness, pre-pandemic mitigation, immediate response, or long-term recovery.
